Refund policy

By purchasing from “Your Best Buddy Limited”, you agree to our Returns Policy as below.

 

Returns

Please note, we do not offer returns due to a change of mind so please choose carefully. We are able to accept a return following the guidelines below within 14 days on receipt of your order. Please ensure all returning products are unworn, unwashed and unused. You will be responsible for shipping your order back to us using a trackable method.

Damaged Products

All our products are packaged carefully to minimise any damage or issues during transport. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@yourbestbuddy.co.nz if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s within 48 hours. Please include detailed photos. We will then evaluate the issue and help to make it right.  For faulty items, we will refund you in full less any associated shipping costs. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear, however in the unlikely event of an order being damaged in transit, please get in contact with us and we will be happy to help you out in conjunction with NZ Post.

 

Pre-Orders

When you place a Pre-Order, we reserve that item for you. Please note, the estimated arrival time of the item on the product page is a pure estimate and we will send you further communication on the arrival of your item. If you need an item by a specific date, please email us at hello@yourbestbuddy.co.nz and we can try to accommodate, however please be aware this will likely come with an additional charge.

 

Exchanges

 We understand that it's hard to buy clothes online so therefore it's also harder for our pets! To ensure that "The Dry Buddy" fits your best buddy as closely as possible, we've ensured that there are detailed measurements on the product pages for each size, instructions on how to measure your buddy with some photos of the product being worn on various dogs across our website and socials. Please measure carefully as we do not exchange sizes. If your dog does not fit within our current size range, please let us know by emailing us at hello@yourbestbuddy.co.nz. This gives us a good indication that we need to expand our sizing! We will also look into getting you a one-off size.

 

Exceptions

Please choose carefully as unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Items on sale are also considered final.

 

Refunds

 If we need to rectify an issue with your order and have granted you a refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. After this, you’ll be automatically refunded onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at hello@yourbestbuddy.co.nz.

We may be able to issue you a refund if you did measure your dog according to "The Dry Buddy" measurements and are not happy with the fit. Please email us as soon as possible and include detailed photos. If approved, we will get you to return your order to us using a trackable method and refund you in full less any associated shipping costs.
