By purchasing from “Your Best Buddy Limited”, you agree to our Shipping Policy as below.

Your Best Buddy uses NZ Couriers for all our shipping within New Zealand. All our shipments do not require a signature and are tracked from pick up to delivery - an address where someone will be there is best. If you would like the signature option added, please leave an order note, contact us at hello@yourbestbuddy.co.nz or via our online form following your purchase.

Shipping Rates:

Within NZ under $90 - $6 FLAT RATE

Within NZ $90 and over - FREE

Australia Flat Rate - $30NZD

Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

We currently do not ship further than Australia, however if you live internationally and just can't resist our products, please email us at hello@yourbestbuddy.co.nz and we can sort something out. 

Shipping Timeframes:

NZ: We ship parcels Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days and NZ Couriers do their best to get our products to you as fast as they can. Please allow 1 to 3 working days and a little extra time if you are a rural address (up to 7 days). 

Australia: We ship parcels Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow 3 to 13 working days. If you would like to request faster shipping, please email us at hello@yourbestbuddy.co.nz.

If we anticipate any further delays from us to your shipment, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible.
